Registering with our service is very simple. All you have to do is visit our webpage or download our app on your smartphone and fill out the registration information. Our app is available for both systems iOS and Android.
You can book our spaces through our web or through our app.
Worktel platform shows you the availability of all workspaces in real time. You can book them immediately or up to a month in advance, as long as the center has availability. Some spaces do not allow direct bookings. When you click book they will receive a request and it will be accepted or rejected within 24h-48h.
When you are looking for a workspace you can choose whether you want to view the spaces closest to your location or in any of the other cities in which we operate. You will see different spaces that you can filter according to the number of people or the type of space. In addition, you can select whether you want a space in a hotel, a business center or a coworking. You will see the price per hour and the distance to the center. You can scroll to find the ideal space or even move around the map and look for it directly.
All Worktel spaces are equipped to work and include basic services such as Wi-Fi and plugs. Other centers can also include water bottles, notepad and pen, printer, projector, coffee and snacks, parking or even buffet. You will find this information in each space description
No. When you book a space you will see that the number of seats available is always indicated. That is the number of people who can be working in the same space. There may be days where you will be alone and other days where you will be working alongside other people which will give you a good opportunity for networking. Only when you book the option "complete room" in spaces where this option is available you will book the space exclusively for you.
Worktel provides individual workspaces and meeting rooms for one or more people. Private desks, individual workspaces, shared office rooms, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and conference rooms. In addition, one person can make a reservation for himself or for more people.
To be able to make a booking on Worktel, you have two options: you can previously load money in your Worktel profile or you can pay directly with your card. Any VISA, Mastercard or Maestro card. Don´t forget that you can request an invoice each time you top up your balance.
Worktel uses the RedSys secure payment system, which is backed by Servired, verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode.
In the section "My profile", you can view your booking history as well as the reload history. In addition, you can request all the invoices of your booking history.
Of course! Go to My Account/Reload History section and request your bills from there.
Each time you make a booking both the provider and you receive a confirmation and a code of that booking by email. You just have to open your email or give your name at reception.
You must make another booking for the additional time that you want to remain. Worktel platform will always tell you if there are workstations available.
All Worktel bookings can be canceled free of charges if you do so within the period established by the cancellation policy of the center. You will find this information in each space description.
Directly from the "My bookings" section select the one you want to cancel and click on "Cancel booking". Please remind that all cancellations are subject to each space cancellation policy
